We are a Salisbury based Husband & Wife team and began trading in October 2015. We provide a mobile takeaway/catering service by the means of our bespoke fitted catering truck. Our aim is to provide takeaway services in various locations around the Salisbury area where there are current lack of services. So far our our idea has proven popular throughout the locations we have visited. We offer British Takeaway Classics with our speciality product being Fish & Chips and 'homemade' tartare sauce!

First & Foremost we only cook to order - so we can guarantee your food will always be fresh and cooked before your very eyes
We use fresh (not frozen!) chips cut from maris piper potatoes and twice cooked in palm oil for extra crispiness
we only use 'frozen at sea' sustainable 'line-caught' Atlantic cod fillets - skinless & boneless
we use the very best premium irish sausages that you can have battered or as they come
our scampi is top quality wholetail and goes lovely with our 'homemade' tartare sauce!
our beef burgers are 100% beef...and very tasty indeed!
we only use the most premium cuts of chicken, whole pieces of chicken breast meat for our fillet bites and burgers
our tartare sauce is 'homemade' and far better than anything from a packet!..some people like eating it with a spoon..
we fry our food in palm oil - it is known fact that palm oil is the healthiest of oils for deep frying and give that lovely 'chip shop' taste and crispiness to our food. Not only that but we only use sustainable palm oil, certified by the rspo.
We provide our portions of fish & chips and most other foods in double-skinned insulated boxes with steam escape holes - this allows you time to get them home and eat them hot (and not soggy!)
